Founder and CEO Michael M. Dillard, a 22-year U.S. Navy veteran and Chief Petty Officer (Machinist’s Mate), brings extensive experience maintaining ventilation systems, fire protection infrastructure, and life safety systems aboard nuclear submarines and military medical platforms.

Since retiring from active duty, he has spent over 15 years delivering electrical and life safety services to healthcare institutions throughout Hawaii.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and is a Certified Electrical Safety Compliance Professional (CESCP) through the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), specializing in electrical safety in the workplace and helping organizations meet OSHA, NFPA, and facility-level compliance mandates.
