Michael M. Dillard, MTS, CESCP is a retired US Navy Submarines Chief Petty Officer, Master Training Specialist and NFPA Certified Electrical Safety Compliance Professional with over 20 years of faithful military service and expertise in electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, refrigeration, quality assurance, electrical theory/troubleshooting and training facilitation/course curriculum development.
With over 13 post-naval years of expertise in the electrical facility maintenance industry, Michael is a 7-time winner of the prestigious TEGG Diamond Award, an international award recognizing the Top 1% of over 1,200 electrical consultants in the TEGG/ABM global network of electrical consultants.
Michael holds a Master of Arts in Management degree from Wayland Baptist University and is the author of “The Facility Maintenance Cheat Sheet – Vol. 1.”
